WARRANTY
All our watches are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of three years from the date of purchase according to the terms and conditions set out in this section. This warranty covers both material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the watch.
The warranty comes into force only if the corresponding card has been duly filled in and stamped, stating the date of purchase and the reference of the watch. In the same way, the official invoice issued by our store will also serve as a stamped warranty card. During the warranty period and upon presentation of the card or invoice, you will be entitled to have any of the aforementioned defects repaired free of charge. In the event that the repair fails to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch, Relojes con Estilo guarantees its replacement by another of identical or similar characteristics. In turn, the watch that replaced the original one will have the warranty that the manufacturer grants, starting from the moment the new watch is sent to you.
The warranty does not cover the battery life due to wear and tear, glass breakage or any damage caused by abnormal/abusive use or wear and tear (e.g. strap) or improper use of the watch and failure to follow the recommendations and instructions provided, especially those related to the use and maintenance of the watch and water resistance. In case you need to make use of the warranty, please contact us at info@relojesconestilo.com and we will gladly give you the necessary instructions to send us your watch. We will bear the shipping costs of the repaired watch or the new watch (however, the shipping costs from your home to our facilities will be at your expense).
DEVOLUCIONES (Condiciones generales)
Una vez que haya recibido su reloj, dispone de un plazo de 15 días para devolverlo. Podrás examinar tu reloj tranquilamente y si no cumple tus expectativas o no resulta ser como esperabas, podrás devolverlo a la dirección que te indicaremos en info@relojesconestilo.com sin necesidad de dar ningún tipo de explicación y con la única condición de que el producto no haya sido desprecintado ni usado. Una vez recibido el reloj y comprobado que se encuentra exactamente en las mismas condiciones en las que fue enviado, procederemos a la devolución de su dinero. Los gastos de envío desde su domicilio hasta nuestras instalaciones correrán a su cargo (incluyendo posibles gastos de aduanas, impuestos, etc.).
DEVOLUCIONES (Relojes GARMIN)
Dado que la mayoría de los relojes GARMIN vienen en una caja precintada, le recomendamos que tenga cuidado al retirar el precinto. Una vez desprecintada la caja, podrá examinar el equipo sin quitar el protector de pantalla ni manipularlo. Por lo tanto, si decide devolver el equipo GARMIN, asegúrese de que se encuentra exactamente en las mismas condiciones en las que se envió. Es decir, tanto el reloj como sus componentes (por ejemplo, el cable del cargador) deben estar intactos y conservar todos sus plásticos y protectores intactos. No debe haber sido usado, llevado, encendido ni configurado. Tampoco puede haberse puesto a cargar. Si cumple estas condiciones, puede devolverlo a la dirección que le indicaremos en info@relojesconestilo.com.
Una vez recibido el reloj y comprobado que se encuentra exactamente en las mismas condiciones en las que fue enviado, procederemos a la devolución de su dinero. Los gastos de envío desde su domicilio hasta nuestras instalaciones correrán a su cargo (incluyendo posibles gastos de aduana, impuestos, etc.).
INTERCAMBIOS
En el caso de que haya recibido su pedido y decida cambiarlo por otro artículo, deberá proceder de la misma manera que en el caso de una devolución. Tenga en cuenta, que aunque relojesconestilo corre con los gastos de transporte hasta su domicilio, lo hará sólo con el primer envío. Es decir, si una vez recibido el producto usted decidiera cambiarlo, los portes correrán a su cargo.
REEMBOLSOS
En caso de reembolso por devolución o cambio, se efectuará en el mismo medio de pago utilizado para el abono. El plazo máximo para hacer efectivo el reembolso será de 15 días.

- WATER RESISTANCE
One may think that a watch waterproof to 3 atmospheres can be used for diving in the pool and have meters to spare, but the fact is that this is not necessarily so. We only consider water-resistant watches to be those that meet the water-resistance requirements of ISO 6425, i.e. watches that are water-resistant to an equivalent pressure of more than 100 meters under ideal conditions of rest, temperature and water purity. Likewise, and in spite of everything, a watch of these characteristics cannot be manipulated under water on its pushers or crown, which must always remain in a correctly closed position.
It should always be taken into account that the data provided by the manufacturer are from laboratory tests in ideal conditions, with water at constant temperature, watch at room temperature, in the absence of movement and new gaskets. Do not be confused by the nomenclature in meters used by the manufacturer of your watch. Some manufacturers prepare tables that explain the use that can be made of each watch according to the nomenclature in meters of depth used. Some brands offer them on their website. We have made one based on several of them, including the vision that brings us the years of experience and professionalism of our watchmakers.
Although water resistant watches are warranted, there are precautions that should be taken to prevent damage that may result from carelessness:
Do not move or press the crown or pushers while the watch is in water or while wet. Make sure the crown is closed before exposing the watch to water.
If the watch has been submerged in water, dry it completely immediately. If the watch comes in contact with salt water, be sure to rinse it with fresh, lukewarm water to remove any salt residue.
If the watch gets wet while cleaning or by accident, it should not be stored in an enclosed place. It should be dried immediately. If the crystal is fogged up, it should be taken to an Authorized Service Center to check for damage to the mechanism.
There are vital components that prevent water from entering the watch mechanism that may become damaged with time and use. Bands, crowns and other materials should be replaced every one to two years to ensure water resistance

- SHOCK RESISTANCE
Quality watches can withstand light shocks, e.g. during sports. Do not drop the watch from a considerable height. Make sure that your watch does not strike against surfaces.

- PILAS
Las pilas de los relojes pueden durar entre dos y cinco años, dependiendo del tipo de reloj, su tamaño y la cantidad de energía utilizada en sus distintas funciones. Si el segundero empieza a saltar cada cinco segundos, debes llevar la pila a un relojero para que te la cambie.
- LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
El cuidado diario por parte del usuario contribuye en gran medida a prolongar la vida del reloj y el placer que proporciona.
Limpie el reloj con frecuencia utilizando un cepillo de dientes y jabón líquido suave, y luego séquelo. Los relojes mecánicos y automáticos deben ser limpiados y revisados cada tres o cinco años, según el modelo, por un relojero profesional. Las piezas móviles del movimiento de cuarzo requieren mantenimiento, mientras que la pila puede requerir sustitución. Guarde su garantía en un lugar seguro.
